Scope of work

The scope, price and deadline are agreed in writing (email or messenger) before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Price and payment

The price is fixed once the brief is agreed. Payment is made in two parts: 50% before work begins and 50% after the project is delivered and accepted.

Deadlines

Deadlines start after the prepayment is received and the materials needed for the work (texts, photos, access) are provided. Delays in materials or feedback move the deadline accordingly.

Revisions

Up to 10 rounds of revisions are included within the agreed scope. One round is one consolidated list of changes. New pages, sections or functions are not revisions and are quoted separately.

Handover and ownership

After full payment, all files, source materials and access to the website, domain and services are handed over to the client. The client is responsible for having the rights to the texts, photos and other materials they provide.

Support

For 30 days after launch I fix errors and make small adjustments free of charge. After that, support and changes are provided under a separate agreement.

Portfolio

I may show the finished project in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cancellation

If the client cancels the project, the prepayment covers the work already done and is not refunded. If I cannot complete the project for reasons on my side, I refund the part of the prepayment for work not done.
