Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected on this website is Vlad, a freelance web designer based in Poland. Contact: vladslobodenuk1203@gmail.com.

What data I collect

Only the data you send yourself: your name, contact details (email, phone or messenger username) and the text of your request from the contact form, or the data you share when you write to me in Telegram, WhatsApp or by email.

Why I use it

To reply to your request, prepare a proposal and, if we agree, to carry out the work. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

How long I keep it

Requests that did not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Data related to a project is kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and contract purposes.

Who else processes the data

The website and the contact form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes form submissions on my behalf. Messages sent through Telegram, WhatsApp or email are also processed by those services under their own privacy policies. I do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from this website's own server. Your browser may store your language choice locally on your device.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Write to vladslobodenuk1203@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
